50 Feet of Custom Draping was created for the Head Table backdrop . Gymnasium was transformed and given a 'tent-like' feel by the use of lighting and draping. Chandelier was hung over the Cake Table adding a delicate and elegant focal point.
45 seating tables were set with Ivory and Gold China, Ivory Damask linens and Crystal stemware. Three different sizes of centerpieces were created and alternated throughout the room for elegant variation. Fresh flowers in shades of light pinks and creams were accompanied with fresh Ivy. An Irridescent Crushed Satin Linen in a Champagne Gold was used to accent all Specialty Tables . Buffets were set with floral focal centerpieces of coordinating flowers and subtle lighting.

TheHallway to the Reception room was given a Jungle Feel by the use of custom lighting. Bistro tables were lit and tropical plants were projected onto the walls in eye catching colors. We also placed fresh tropical plants through out the walk way as well as the reception room for even more impact. Buffets were set with authentic decor such as African Drums, Masks, Food carvings (featuring Lion King Characters) and fresh Tropical Flower arrangements. The Focal point of the buffet consisted of a VERY LARGE hand-woven basket and fresh tropical flower arrangement, creating about a 6ft. Center Display. Specialty print linens in Peacock, Zebra, Leopard and Congo were used on all seating and buffet tables. All food items were given theme names after the Lion King Characters and accompanied with custom printed Menu Cards.
